Otero Junior College Child Development Services Open Enrollment
Who: Children ages 3-5 (child must be 3 by July 1, 2021)
What: Head Start and Colorado Preschool Program Enrollment
When: May 11, 2021; 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Where: Columbian Early Childhood Center Gymnasium 800 Grace Ave., La Junta, CO
(please park in the parking lot and enter through gym doors)
Additional Information:
This will be an in-person event. No appointment needed. Due to COVID protocols, only 4 families will be allowed in the gym at a time. Masks will be required. In order to complete an enrollment, the following documents are required:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Child’s Immunization Record
- Child’s Insurance Card (Medicaid or other)
- Proof of Income for the Household
