Tomorrow, September 19th, is the deadline to turn in the well-child check paperwork for your child. You may turn your paperwork in at the office. Reminder! Picture Day is tomorrow, September 12th. Order forms and envelopes are going home today so be sure to check your child's backpack. If your child was absent today, you can pick up a form from the office today or tomorrow.

Children from Head Start and Early Head Start displayed their work in the gym for families and the community to view. Work Together Wednesday @ La Junta CDS: We had the pleasure of hosting members and leaders of our community as special guests in classrooms today! Shirley Perea, former Education Manager for CDS, provided an art activity for the kids. City Council Members Paul Velasquez, Chandra Ochoa, and Elaine McIntyre, Otero College President Dr. Alvarez, and Otero County Economic Development & Special Project Manager Danelle Berg, were guest readers for classrooms.
