Manzanola Head Start has been celebrating Spirit Week! Children in Ms. Tina's and Ms. Randarae's classes have participated in pajama day, Disney day, crazy hair day and socks day!
Attention Manzanola MSHS Families. Just a reminder that Family Night is Thursday, July 25, at 5 p.m. Dinner will be served. It will be a fun evening!

Don't forget that TONIGHT is our end of year celebration. We will begin promptly at 6pm at the 2-Step Event Center (formerly the Armory) here in Manzanola. Please remember our photo/video policy and avoid taking pictures and/or videos of children other than your own and posting to any kind of social media. It is imperative that we respect all families' privacy.

Mark your calendars! Our end of the year celebration will be next Wednesday, May 22nd @ 6pm at the old Armory building (now called 2-Step Event Center). The address is 101 N. Grand Ave, Manzanola. Keep an eye out for the invitations coming home.

Parent/Teacher Conferences are TODAY & TOMORROW. If you have not scheduled a time with your child's teacher, please call the center immediately. Good morning Parents! Just a reminder that you can still apply for UPK, Colorado's Universal Preschool Program. If your child will only have ONE year of preschool prior to starting kindergarten in the fall of 2025, please take the time to visit upk.colorado.gov and complete the application. The process is pretty simple and only takes a few minutes. Please call the center if you have any questions!
We will have EARLY RELEASE at 12Noon on Thursday, May 2nd for parent/teacher conferences. Bus will depart the center at 12:10pm and follow the regular route. Please see bus driver for exact stop times. Please be sure to make your appointment times, teachers are on a tight schedule. Thank you for your cooperation!
Good morning! TODAY is our Father Engagement activity. We welcome anyone that can make it. Dulce's class will begin at 1:15pm and Amber's class at 1:45pm. We will have a small child/parent activity and then you'll have a chance to enjoy some quality time on the playground together. We'll see you all there!

Our Father Engagement activity will be on Wednesday, April 24th. Dulce's class will start at 1:15pm-1:45pm and Amber's class will start at 1:45pm-2:15pm. We welcome ALL male role-models or family member that can attend, dads, grandpas, uncles, brother, or step-dads. Enjoy a child activity and then join the class for the outdoor recess time!
Attention! If your child will be attending Manzanola Elementary for kindergarten in August, please be sure to schedule an appt. for Kindergarten Round-Up on Thursday, April 18th. They can be reached at 719-462-5528.

Our final activity will be the Children's Art Show! Our kids have worked hard on different kinds of art to show the public. We will have the center open from 5-6:30pm , please drop by anytime and view all the work our kids have put into making art for all to enjoy! We'll see ya then!
As we continue to celebrate the young people in our lives, please join us on Tuesday, April 9th for a snack activity. The children will be making Banana Sushi for their PM snack.
