Good morning! TODAY is our Father Engagement activity. We welcome anyone that can make it. Dulce's class will begin at 1:15pm and Amber's class at 1:45pm. We will have a small child/parent activity and then you'll have a chance to enjoy some quality time on the playground together. We'll see you all there!

Our Father Engagement activity will be on Wednesday, April 24th. Dulce's class will start at 1:15pm-1:45pm and Amber's class will start at 1:45pm-2:15pm. We welcome ALL male role-models or family member that can attend, dads, grandpas, uncles, brother, or step-dads. Enjoy a child activity and then join the class for the outdoor recess time!
Attention! If your child will be attending Manzanola Elementary for kindergarten in August, please be sure to schedule an appt. for Kindergarten Round-Up on Thursday, April 18th. They can be reached at 719-462-5528.

Our final activity will be the Children's Art Show! Our kids have worked hard on different kinds of art to show the public. We will have the center open from 5-6:30pm , please drop by anytime and view all the work our kids have put into making art for all to enjoy! We'll see ya then!
As we continue to celebrate the young people in our lives, please join us on Tuesday, April 9th for a snack activity. The children will be making Banana Sushi for their PM snack. We are celebrating the WEEK OF THE YOUNG CHILD next week beginning on Monday, April 8th. We will start the week with a family writing workshop. Parents and children will write and illustrate a children's book to share with the class. Classroom A @ 10am and Classroom B @ 10:45am. Please let us know if you plan on attending! 719-384-3190.

Crowley County Elementary will be at the Manzanola CDS Center on the morning of April 2nd to complete the kindergarten round-up assessment. If you child will be going to kindergarten at Crowley County in August 2024, PLEASE, be sure they are in attendance and on time to school on Tuesday, April 2. Information packets have been sent home to parents for their parent meeting that has already been schedule. Please call the center with any questions. Thank you!
Class pictures will be on Wednesday, April 3rd first thing in the morning. Please be sure to have your child to school on time if you want them to take pictures. There will be an option of cap & gown pictures for children that will be going to kindergarten in the fall. Order forms went out on Thurs. March 28th. Call with any questions.
DO NOT FORGET! Family Night, TONIGHT at 5pm. Come have a light snack, talk about being prepared for an emergency and make a first aid kit to take home.

Good afternoon! Just a reminder that TODAY is the final day for our March Scholastic book orders. I will submit all orders first thing tomorrow morning. If you want to order, be sure to complete your order by tonight. If you're unable to order this month, don't worry, new book order will be sent out in April.
Good afternoon parents! Don't forget that tomorrow is the 100th day of school! Our students are encouraged to dress like they are 100 years old. That can include gray hair, hair curlers, glasses, shawl, robe, bow tie, gray beard/mustache cane, knee highs or use your imagination! Please check backpacks for newsletters. Call your child's teacher with any questions.
Our 100th day of school is March 5th! Be on the look out for a newsletter from your child's teacher on how they will be celebrating this milestone in their classroom. As always, we encourage parents to join your child in the classroom as a volunteer or to simply enjoy lunch together. Call the center with any questions, 719-384-3190.

Parents! The Fowler Public Library will have their PreK-1st grade library program TODAY from 3:45pm-4:30. They will have snacks, crafts, stories, and games. Take your little ones and enjoy some quality time.
